I have made a new Mirror for Archlinux with following data:

- Mirror domain name
mirror.michael-eckert.net

- Geographical location of the mirror
Germany

- Supported access methods
http (ftp and rsync will come soon)

- URLs for the above access methods
http://mirror.michael-eckert.net/archlinux($repo/os/$arch)

- The name of tier 1 mirror
gwdg.de (Germany) - rsync://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/archlinux/

- An administrative contact email
michael.eckert@linuxmail.org

Added ftp for the Mirror:
ftp://mirror.michael-eckert.net/archlinux/ ($repo/os/$arch)

And rsync:
mirror.michael-eckert.net::archlinux ($repo/os/$arch)

please change this to:
rsync://mirror.michael-eckert.net/archlinux/ ($repo/os/$arch)

if have just read this:
#Server = http://mirror.michael-eckert.net/archlinux($repo/os/$arch/$repo/os/$arch

in this mirrorlist:
https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/all/

this was a wrong typo by myself.
The repo is placed there:
http://mirror.michael-eckert.net/archlinux/
(with the suffix ($repo/os/$arch) for the mirrorlist).
