Description : A software media player and entertainment hub for digital media

upon launching mediatomb I get:
mediatomb: error while loading shared libraries: libavformat.so.53: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I dont know if the /lib transition to /usr/lib is causing conflict or what.
I tried regular repo ffmpeg and aur ffmpeg with no luck

thanks.

you need to rebuild anything from aur against the new ffmpeg because of the soname bump of libavformat

I cant rebuild though because it always fails
Comment by Daniel Wallace (gtmanfred) - Sunday, 15 July 2012, 20:39 GMT
