It is still missing the icons in XFCE.

More importantly, because it is missing the icon, dockbarx crashes if I start dockbarx when eclipse is running. If Dockbarx is started first, Dockbarx won't show eclipse at all because of the lack of an icon in gnome.

I can't find a way to set this manually either. :(

I think I know what the problem is.

The package installs a symlink to /usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps.
It points to /usr/share/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.sdk_4.2.v201206081400/eclipse48.png but that path is invalid,
it should be /usr/share/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.sdk_4.2.0.v201206081400/.

Is the package maintainer reading this bug report? If so, please update your package. But if there is no change in a couple of days I will send an e-mail to the maintainer.

i'm not going to push around ~200mb just for an icon.

Certainly doesn't need an update just for the icon. I can add the links myself now that I know exactly where to put them.

It's not really eclipse's fault that dockbarx won't display eclipse because the icon isn't present. That is really a bug with dockbarx however it is also the reason I stopped using dockbarx.

So long as it's fixed on the next update, I'm going to be super pleased. In fact, I'm super pleased this is here at all! Thanks! :)
