DetailsThe description for hostcache is: Use the package cache on the host, rather than the target
The behavior is exactly the opposite, By default the hostcache is used and the '-c' switch disables it. Switching the values on lines 16 and 46 of the pacstrap script should fix it. |

These sorts of bugs belong on the upstream tracker (github), not here.
