On archarm page (http://archlinuxarm.org/packages), I only found version 2.4.2-1 :
Arch Repo Packagesort descending Version Description
armv7 extra opencv 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library
armv5 extra opencv 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library
armv7 extra opencv-docs 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library (documentation)
armv5 extra opencv-docs 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library (documentation)
armv7 extra opencv-samples 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library (samples)
armv5 extra opencv-samples 2.4.2-1 Open Source Computer Vision Library (samples)

Does 2.4.2-2 exist for ARM too ?
