Please can you include the *.service files from the redhat directory, they should go in /usr/lib/systemd/system/ but might need some paths in them amending. Might be nice to see if the quagga.logrotate file is of use too. |

1) WantedBy=network.target -> WantedBy=multi-user.target
2) Remove syslog.target from After= (this is implicit)
3) Remove EnvironmentFile (adjust ExecStart)
