Did you rebuilt any kde component? Do you use some kde stuff from AUR or from un-official repo?
Comment by Alex (__AlexL__) - Saturday, 07 July 2012, 14:30 GMT
No. I built linux-pf-3.4.3 from AUR and my own nvidia-285xx-pf.

Could you:
1) enable all kde debug output (run kdebugdialog and select everything)
2) wipe ~/.xsession-errors (or move it somewhere)
3) login into kde
4) upload the new ~/.xsession-errors file

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant.

Is your system up-to-date? Please paste the output of pacman -Qm too.

when I'm trying to run ksmserver then the result is only:
Segmentation fault

also I have masked the update of xorg-server. I have xorg-server-1.11.4 and nvidia-285 driver installed (because latest nvidia driver periodically freezes my laptop and nvidia-285 driver does not work with xorg-server-1.12). But kdm starts ok and when I enter a user name and password that KDE is beginning to starts up, and after the first icon blinks - black screen and after two seconds I can see an invitation to enter a user name and password once again.
