FS#30582 : [makepkg] Add a function prebuild()/postextract() in PKGBUILD

Some tasks have to be process only once after extracting source, eg, applying patches.

If you get an error during build() and you want to retry with makepkg --noextract, you have to comment all patch lines.
A function postextract() could be added to contain these tasks and whould not be called with makepkg --noextract
