Steps to reproduce:
#mkfs.ext2 -L KINGSTON /dev/sdb1
#eject /deb/sdb1
reinsert usb pen, open Nautilus, unable to write any file to usb pen

mount
/dev/sdb1 on /run/media/toma/KINGSTON type ext2 (rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime,uhelper=udisks2)


usb pen - Kingston Ultimate G2 32Gb

forget to say - the root access like #cp <filename> /run/media/toma/KINGSTON
works fine

This is normal. Although udisks2 allows you to mount an external drive as regular users, you didn't put any permissions for that user on the formatted filesystem, only root can write it.
