Description:
No .prf file installed in order to integrate nicely with qmake project files. An example prf file that I've been using is attached. Should go in /usr/share/qt/mkspecs/features. This allows project files to do have the following to compile with qwt (might need/want one for qwtmathml as well):

INSTALLBASE=/usr
CONFIG += qwt

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1)
   qwt.prf (0.1 KiB)

Isnt this an upstream bug?

Its part of the installation process within the library's build instructions that is neglected in this package.
