DetailsDescription: I noticed that the default NTP servers provided by ifplugd via the file /etc/ifplugd/ifup.d/02-ntpdate.sh are based in Russia. This seems like an odd default. I think it would make more sense to change the default to 'us.pool.ntp.org' or to the more general 'pool.ntp.org'
