DetailsAfter upgrading from initscripts 2012.05.1-1, the good old "Setting consoles to UTF-8 mode" line has disappeared from the boot process, and my console is not set to UTF-8 mode, indeed. A downgrade solves the problem.
I didn't change anything in my configuration, the relevant part of my rc.conf is: LOCALE="hu_HU.utf8" HARDWARECLOCK="localtime" USEDIRECTISA="no" TIMEZONE="Europe/Budapest" KEYMAP="hu" CONSOLEFONT="lat2-16" CONSOLEMAP= |
