Description:
After commenting on an issue, refreshing the page adds duplicate of the comment.

* Opera 11.64 64bit

1. Report a bug in "Bugs" bug tracker
2. Add a comment
3. Refresh page

Don't press the form resubmit button? Does opera not provide this kind of idiot proofing?

I'm pressing "F5" a.k.a "refresh page", a.k.a "Ctrl+R", not "re-submit", there's no resubmit button...

I sincerely disagree.

It's the only site with such behaviour, and I've been using Opera for 6 or 7 years...
