DetailsDescription:
Numpy headers should be available from /usr/include/python2.7 directory for things like Cython2 to work, since it looks by default in this directory. Ubuntu "solves" this making a symlink to the real destination of headers. In archlinux that would be making a link in /usr/include/python2.7 to /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/ , I'm not sure if that's all it takes. Additional info: * Happens for python2-numpy 1.6.1-1 * Same affects python-numpy 1.6.1-1 * Not entirely sure if this belongs to python-numpy or to cython. Steps to reproduce: Just try to compile a cython code that includes numpy headers. |
