Description: Sylpheed 3.1.4-1. When it was in AUR - it worked. Now that it's moved to [community] it cannot start with an error:

Gdk-ERROR **: g_thread_init() must be called before gdk_threads_init()
zsh: trace trap sylpheed

Although the version of a package is the same.

Hi Alex, I cannot reproduce on both architectures, please check you have an up to date system and you have no custom dependencies builds.
Otherwise you can try this [1] build with debugging symbols enabled, in a gdb session like this:

$ gdb sylpheed
> run
# then, when it fails
> bt

and paste here (using a pastebin service) the backtrace. Thanks

Hello SpepS. After full system update I am able to run Sylpheed with no problems. I thought about an update before reinstalling Sylpheed after it moved to [community] but the same exact version of the app & the package made me think that I don't have to update since it ran fine when was in AUR. So, sorry 'bout that.
