Description:
If you are on network where there is a lot of UPnP crap, applications all over KDE crashes very often. I'm getting kmix, knotify, krunner, plasma, krusader and kded crashes every few minutes. This makes KDE completely unusable.

These crashes has been also experienced by the Chakra and Gentoo guys:
http://chakra-project.org/bbs/viewtopic.php?id=6089
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=389833

Both fixed it by rebuilding kde without herqq.

There is also upstream report:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259472

Additional info:
* herqq 1.0.0-1
* kdelibs 4.8.3-2

Steps to reproduce:
Run KDE in a network with some UPnP traffic and wait a few minutes. I don't know if it has to be some specific kind of traffic, there's quite a lot of it on the network I'm connected to.

I can confirm this issue. I had to disable upnp in my router.
