I have had my user in the group wheel but with the latest update the group wheel seems to be useless for some reason. I made a workaround that you can see in the attachment. It works but it would be nice if wheel group would work again.

This bug can be closed, it's almost certainly upstream. The upgrade from sudo 1.8.4.p4-1 to 1.8.5-1 (not 1.8.5.p1-1) caused the wheel group not to work. I just upgraded to 1.8.5.p1 and it is working again. Anyway for reference, downgrading to 1.8.5 caused the wheel group to stop working again. Upgrading back to the 1.8.5.p1-1, no issue.
