Details

Description: At install, the user "named" is not created.
The following entry is missing in /etc/passwd :
named:x:40:40:BIND DNS Server:/var/named:/bin/false

Additional info:
* package version(s) : extra/bind 9.9.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
Fresh archlinux install +
pacman -S bind

be sure not to have installed bind-geodns before.

The named user *is* created on install.
Not sure what you did wrong but see: https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/install?h=packages/bind
