On the aur front page there is a guideline document mainly directed towards people who want to contribute to the AUR.

I miss a link to the wiki, preferably to a howto-article outlining the AUR structure and describing how to download something from the unsupported/community AUR-branches, make a package, and install it.

This way, users who just need a specific package could start right away.
