Description:
/etc/network.d/examples/bonding contains wrong definition of bonding slave interfaces.
The variable used is BOND_INTERFACES, however, /usr/lib/connections/bond expects SLAVE_INTERFACES.
Renaming BOND_INTERFACES to SLAVE_INTERFACES is actually a fix.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 2.8.2
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Just install netcfg and ifenslave, copy bonding example to network.d and try to enable bonding profile.
