Description:

With new cairo the workflow is horrible when connecting from a windows client.
xterm shows no fonts etc.

I did not start the above thread, but I ran into exactly the same problem.

Upstream is aware of this. A workaround is known:

in /usr/NX/etc/node.cfg, add:
AgentExtraOptions = "-norender"
