I'd like to suggest that the unison package includes a
symlink /usr/bin/unison-x.yy (e.g. unison-2.40 for the
current version) pointing to /usr/bin/unison.
This would help people working on a setup with different versions of unison, since if unison is called with the -addversionno option, it will look for a binary on the server called "unison-x.yy", rather than simply "unison". There's no overhead to this other than one symlink and it would make life a little easier in some setups where different servers are running different versions of unison. Thanks. |
