After updating SLIM to 1.3.3-2 and removing pam_ck_connector.so from /etc/pam.d/slim, i have disabled shutdown/reboot buttons in XFCE 4.10 logout dialog.

You need to remove it from your startxfce4 too, means .xinitrc or your slim.conf
