Summary and Info:
I get an error when trying to print some files, the error log says /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf failed, and when checking the detailed record it says:
/usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf: line 155: bc: command not found

Installing package bc solves the issue.

This seems to be a packaging bug , so I m not sure I categorised it properly. Please correct if needed.

Are you sure you are using cups-filters and not cups? What says pacman -Qo /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftops ?

PS: cups-filters is not yet used by any package in our repos. It's meant to be required by future cups 1.6.x releases!

$ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf
/usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf is owned by cups-filters 1.0.17-1

I was having an error message when printing (/usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf: no such file or directory) so I installed cups-filters, and then I had the error mentioned earlier.

Now I removed cups-filter, restarted cups and now it seems to be working.. :/
