Description: xterm does not include a desktop entry file, which causes problems in gnome 3 (gnome-shell lists xterm as "untracked", meaning that each xterm window is treated as a different application, i.e. no window grouping, and non-standard behavior when using alt-tab)

Additional info:
* package version(s)
extra/xterm 278-1
gnome 3.4
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Launch two xterm windows.
2- Activate overview mode (alt-f1 or "windows" key): As many xterm icons appear in the dash as xterms are open, that is, the grouping does not work.
3- Switching between windows of same applications (alt-key above tab) does not work, one has to use alt-tab instead, which breaks the semantics of alt-tab alt-key above tab in gnome

I had just hacked two xterm.desktop and uxterm.desktop out of gnome-terminal.desktop. It seems to work here.

PLEASE ENTER SUMMARY

Also, you forgot the Afrikaans and Armenian translations.

I am sorry for omitting the summary, but it seems I cannot modify tasks, or at least I couldn't find how to do it.
Regarding missing translations, I just modified gnome-terminal entry, given that its description, Terminal, was appropriated to xterm. I don't speak Afrikans nor Armenian.

A summary could be
[xterm] does not include a desktop entry file, which introduces some non-standard behavior in gnome 3

I detected a typo in the description:

Item 2 should read:

2- Activate overview mode (alt-f1 or "windows" key): As many xterm icons appear *in the dash* as xterms are open, that is, the grouping does not work.
