In at least archboot 2012.04, I noticed that if, when you're asked if you want to "create a Logical Volume with free space left", answering yes or no seems to have no effect on what archboot does about it. Steps to reproduce: 1. In archboot, create pv/vg 2. For the lv, select the vg as usual and the naming of the lv 3. When told "If you enter no value, all free space left will be used.", indeed enter no value. 4. You're then asked if that's what you really wanted to do. 4a. Suppose that really isn't what you wanted; say "No". 5. Nothing different happens if you press "Yes", it just continues on with the lv creation. |
