Could POSIX ACL support be enabled in ntfs-3g?

The configure option is "--enable-posix-acls".

Don't see why not. Might take a few days as I currently have too many balls up in the air (==packages in [testing]).

Any objections to moving ntfs-3g from /bin to /usr/bin? The mount.* and fsck.* helpers can be moved, so would be nice to get the last bit as well. If anyone knows if ntfs-3g is something that will have its path hardcoded in lots of places please let me know.

I put a new package in testing enabling posix acls as well as moving the binaries. Please let me know if there are any issues.
