Firefox 1.1 don't need the Overthespot patch.
But hope can take a look at underline patches,It can improve the displaying quality of CJK family fonts in Firefox.

Do you have any reference to this overthespot patch? I can't find readable stuff on it on google, so I don't have any idea what this patch does.

For the underline patches, I will apply them with the next firefox build, which will be 1.0.6 (got 1.0.5 packages on my system working already, but they don't like gtk 2.7 it seems :X)

Hi,I downloaded the pkgbuilds via abs and saw underline patches are in testing,
great! Thanks! : )

What about the overthespot patch? It will be adopted?
As it is not stable enough to apply? Considering firefox 1.1 don't need the patch,
so don't adopt it now?

Thanks for the patch, I was about to commit a new version when I noticed this new patch. Expect an updated version of firefox with the patch included tomorrow.

I modified the patch a bit to exclude the code cleanups. Many parts of the patch only affected an additional space that was removed from a line, which is not so useful.
