Description:
gpg-agent-startup.sh doesn't take care of already running agent with ssh support enabled. Another agent is launched in that case.

Steps to reproduce:
Start a gpg-agent with ssh support enabled, then start a kde session

Possible fix (joined file):
grep with GPG_AGENT_INFO in gpg-agent-startup.sh
