FS#29666 - [xfdesktop] Xfce4 wallpaper is mising since change the default for other

Description:
The new background of xfce4 are located in /usr/share/backgrounds/xfce
but the xfce4-artwork install theirs wallpaper in /usr/xfce/backdrops
the problem is the inconcistence of the directories and the fact that if you install the package (u other package [official and AUR included in the test) that habe a wallpaper) and change the wallpaper by default (the new one) this is lost in the list the next time that you want change wallpaper

Additional info:
* xfce4 4.10 (Not know wat package have the background)
* xfce4-artwork 0.1-7

Wath spect: maintain the background under any path includind the new one

suggest: simlinks, reubication, and remove obsoletes can help

other propotioins: Why not puth the removed background from the old 4.8 in the xfce4-artwork too?
