Description:
virtual-source could not build without initscripts.vboxbuild use "/etc/rc.conf,/etc/rc.d/functions,stat_busy",which belong to initscripts.if you use systemd,and complete remove initscripts,it could not build sucess.

What is virtual-source?

This has nothing to do with systemd-sysvcompat. OP is referring to virtualbox-source, which will throw errors (but still complete successfully) due to missing functions like stat_busy.

Just remove rc.conf and functions and add your own functions. See patch.
