Details

Currently the user infomanagemebnt page 'Accounts' is a bit misleading.
A normal user has only one account and can only manage his/her own,
so 'Accounts' should be 'Account' or 'My account'. Even more confusing
is when trying to find the registering page, as it is hidden under
the same name 'Accounts'

I propose making this link/button dynamical.
When no user is signed on it would say:
Register

When a normal user is logged in it would say:
My account

And last when a TU is logged in it would be: Accounts
(I am assuming TU's have right to manage othert users trought this page)
