Description:

After updating to vte3 0.32.1-1, roxterm fails with:

*** VTE ***: Failed to load terminal capabilities from '/etc/termcap'

vt3 0.30.1-2 works just fine (I tried a new build of roxterm, too. Same error)

Additional info:
broken vte3: 0.32.1-1, working: 0.30.1-2



Steps to reproduce:
Update vte3 to 0.32.1-1 and open a new roxterm window. Error message appears and most keys mappings don't work (Arrow-up, ctrl+r, ...)
