What happens when you use a non-murrine GTK engine?

Set Equinox with it's default theme which resulted in the same behavior.

This seems to only happen on ATI drivers, it doesn't happen on my Arch install with an NVidia gpu.

I haven't tested intel or other GPUs as of yet. This doesn't fully suprise me, the ATI drivers have caused some other wierdness on my HP machine.

Have you tried a clean libreoffice config dir? Force to use gtk2 or gtk3 style. See wiki page how to do this.

You seem to be the only one having this issue so far.

I actually haven't been able to replicate this on my Nvidia machines and I now don't have the ATI laptop anymore. For now we should probably close this, I can raise the issue again if I start seeing issues on other machines.
