Detailsthe upstream .service file doesnt work properly with journald.
Please append the line "Alias=syslog.service" to the syslog-ng.service file as mentioned in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd#Journald_in_conjunction_with_a_classic_syslog_daemon |
