Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  Package was different versions between the architectures, causing it to get constantly updated.

check your first mirror from /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist against http://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/status/

The package is also at the first lines here:

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort=-last_update&arch=any&arch=x86_64&repo=Community&repo=Core&repo=Extra&repo=Multilib&q=&maintainer=&last_update=&flagged=&limit=50

during last days. What is the relation between mirrors and web-pages on the other server?

web page updates instantly after a package is published and on mirrors you need to wait at least couples of hours, depending on the mirror.
some mirrors sync every 15 minutes, some at 30/60 minutes etc.

No. The problem is this concrete package (eclipse-cdt 8.0.2-1) with *the same* version *every day* stays in the first lines of "last updated" list. As if somebody (cron-similar :-)) touches the package.
