DetailsDescription: Etterpad is a collaborative real time editor with chat and highlighting of user changes. Titanpad: http://titanpad.com is an example of the software. An official arch pad could be used by developers and TU's to plan, mentor and collaborate on files. It could be closed so only Devs, TU's, etc can make new pads, reducing/eliminating spam and unnecessary clutter.
