Description:

Hi,
when aborting makepkg during its download, an incomplete file stays in the directory. That allows continuing the download (with curl -C option). But unfortunately, if the server does not support byte-ranges, the next download fails, and all subsequent calls to makepkg will fail with following error:

curl: (33) HTTP server doesn't seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume.

I can reproduce the bug with weboob package:

cower -d weboob
cd weboob
makepkg
^C # during file download
makepkg # will fail

Feel free to override the DLAGENT if you know that the server is broken and doesn't support continuation.
