Description:

when using filetype plugin vim give the wrong "|".

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

vim 7.3.475

Steps to reproduce:

start vim
run command: :filetype plugin on
then command: :help

you will see all "|" disappear

e.g.
|quickref| ----> quickref

and the line "copying" wrong for "tab".

all the things gos wrong way

forgot one thing, the syntax must be on.

:syntax on
:filetype plugin on
:help

then you will see the problem.

is this really a problem? seems it might be intended.

when I do :syntax off, it includes the pipes "|quickref|"

if I turn :syntax on, it adds syntax coloring to quickref and removes the pipes "quickref"

I just asked in #vim and was told it is intended behavior, see :h cole for more info.
