Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. vim 7.3.475 Steps to reproduce: start vim run command: :filetype plugin on then command: :help you will see all "|" disappear e.g. |quickref| ----> quickref and the line "copying" wrong for "tab". all the things gos wrong way |

:help
then you will see the problem.
when I do :syntax off, it includes the pipes "|quickref|"
if I turn :syntax on, it adds syntax coloring to quickref and removes the pipes "quickref"
