DetailsIn PKGBUILD:
find "$pkgdir" -type f -perm 4711 -exec chmod 755 '{}' ';' but Schilling says: In order to be able to use the SCSI transport subsystem of the OS, run at highest priority and lock itself into core cdrecord either needs to be run as root, needs to be installed suid root or must be called via RBACs pfexec mechanism. http://cdrecord.berlios.de/private/man/cdrecord/cdrecord.1.html , search by "suid". This lowering of privileges in PKGBUILD not provided by the author of the program and breaks its normal use. |
