Description:
There is a very old bug related to this. Look at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=865

Due to this issue all key binding which used keyboard layout switch is not working.
E.g.
Keyboard layout switch key binding is Ctrl+Shift
All system key binding uses this combination will not working:
- Ctrl+Shift+A
- Ctrl+Shift+Z
- Ctrl+Shift+2
- Ctrl+Shift+Up
etc

Adopted patch for 1.12.0 from above link attached to defect. New PKGBUILD is attached also.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run X with some of keyboard indicator.
2. Press(not release) switcher key binding. (E.g. Ctrl+Shift)
3. Keyboard layout changed.

4. Keyboard layout should be changed only in case when key binding sequence will be released.
