u say:
If you use the LILO bootloader, you should run 'lilo' after upgrading.

but u print that after upgrade is complete!
so some users can be confused and think they need to restart and then run lilo

I propose:

If you use the LILO bootloader, you should run 'lilo' before restarting.

this is good, because it's well known that the only thing you need to restart GNU/Linux for, is for having the new kernel :)
