Details

Description:
I am using Dell Latitude laptop with a docking station. My battery is charging but upower is not able to detect the battery. As a result KDE battery icon is also saying no battery detected. Upower dump also says that my laptop is not docked while it is.

I have upgraded my system to the latest packages and now I can see that the battery is detected but the system is not able to detect the AC power that is charging it.

The 'is-docked' variable should be set to yes; but as you can see above, it is not. I guess that is why the AC power is not detected by the system.
