Hi,

The recent update to xorg-server caused mouse problems for a lot of games played via wine. I just wanted to let you know there's a patch for it and ask if it could be included in the xorg-server package.

Of course you may prefer to wait for the next version, I don't know when that would turn up so thought I'd post this :)

Here's the patch: http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/9595/

Cheers

Is the patch even accepted upstream?

Okay, and here's the new PKGBUILD for xorg-server. I tried the patch and rebuild the packages. I only had to replace the package xorg-server, don't know if it is better to update all of the split packages. It's really a nasty bug, would be great to update the package before next xorg-server-release.

By the way, the checksums for the nvidia and the sis-patches were wrong, I corrected them.

Bug seems fixed. Just update xorg-server from extra and that's it.
