zsh completion does not work with pacman-key
I can't remember for certain, but I believe it did in the past.

Steps to Reproduce:
pacman-key --refresh<tab>
pacman-key --<tab>

This is what I have so far, it should complete everything except finding keyids.
I think I might be able to get it to do those with a function, but I am still working on learning how to do completion functions
