Arch Linux

Hello,
My name is Giuseppe Treccarichi and i'm member of Prometeo Association (no profit Association), last year we have done an Archlinux mirror on our server hosted from TopIx consortium is located in Turin, Piedmont, Italy (our city) and it runs on 100Mbs connection.

-The domain name of our mirror is: archlinux.openlabto.org

-Our Mirror is accessible from http and ftp (but if you ask him to activate also rsync)
ftp://archlinux.openlabto.org/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch
http://archlinux.openlabto.org/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch

Our server go to syncronization via rsync from rsync://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/archlinux/ with following rsync options: -rtlvH --delete-after --delay-updates --safe-links --max-delete=1000

The syncronization is started one time for hour and sync all contents of the upstream mirror.

Today i'm joined on arch-mirrors mailing list :)

We would love to host a official archlinux mirror in italy.
