Details

There is a python-docutils package now in [community] built for python3
It conflicts with docutils package from [extra] built for python2

There is no need to keep that docutils package, right ?
It could be replaced by a python2-docutils package ?

I have found these package that depends on docutils package
epydoc
python2-rst2pdf
python2-sphinx

they will need a rebuild if docutils is replaced with python2-docutils

i don't see how replacing docutils with python2-docutils fixes this problem.
