Detailsthe kernel logo which is merged into the kernel source only is applicable for 256 colors and up framebuffers. if someone uses only 16 colors the default penguin is displayed. :)

This task depends upon
logo_linux_vga16.ppm
however i have no idea how to test it. anybody knows what parameter i have to pass the kernel at boottime to switch to 16 colour mode?
(that can be found in the kernel sources under drivers/video/logo/clut_vga16.ppm ... good to know! ;-)
giving bug to kernel26 maintainer
