It looks like it is final death for xf86-video-sisimedia and
sis671 in particular. xf86-video-sis was severely patched by Xorg
developers just to get 2D stuff working and headers/calls that
seems essential for work of currently documented part of driver
are just missing in the latest xorg-devel. It is pity but I guess
I will have to freeze current version of xorg-server, video and
input drivers forever...

If someone is interested - I adapted package at
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=34256
to work with xorg-server 1.12
