Details

Description:
Connection to a wireless network using iwlwifi and Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6230
takes too much time and fails some times before managing to connect. Then, when downloading
files for some time, there is no internet, but the computer is still connected. This used to
happen with the 3.2.8 kernel, but it got fixed a few updates before.

Additional info:

I don't think it is a kernel bug. Looks more like a configuration bug for the kernel compilation, so it is reported in the right place. With the previous kernel, in the first few builds I had the same problem. In the last build it was gone.

What logs should I provide?

I haven't changed config in this area, so it's most likely a kernel issue.

On the kernel changelog there is nothing that affects iwlwifi, but you never know...
